1. Hugh De¹ Audley was born before 1342. Hugh died November 10, 1347.

Hugh De Audley 8th Earl Glostr and Margaret De Clare had the following children:

2 i. Alice De² Audley.

3 ii. Margaret De Audley was born before 1325. Margaret died September 7, 1349. She married Ralph De (Sir) Stafford Earl of Stafford before July 6, 1336. Ralph was born September 24, 1301. He was the son of Edmund De Stafford I Baron Stafford and Margaret Bassett. Ralph died August 31, 1372 in Tunbridge Castle, Engl, at 70 years of age.
