He married twice. He married Waite Waterman. Waite was born before 1680. She was the daughter of Richard Waterman and Bethiah. Waite died before 1702. He married Hannah Mathewson. Hannah died after 1703.

Henry Brown and Waite Waterman had the following children:

3 ii. Henry Brown was born before 1690. He married Dorothy.

4 iii. Phebe Brown was born before 1690. She married Thomas Harris.

5 iv. Richard Brown was born before 1690. He married Mary Pray. She is the daughter of John Pray and Sarah Brown.
