1. Richard¹ Avery was born before 1660. Richard died after September 12, 1684.

He married Jane Rose in Prob, Va, after 1665. Jane was born in Va about 1651. She was the daughter of William Rose and Anne. Jane died after 1677. Per Christine Rose' article in Boddie: HSF, v 11
